Eligible watches can be returned within 15 days of delivery, as long as the Looply security tag remains attached and the watch is returned in the same condition with all included accessories.
A $15 return processing fee applies to returns that are not due to an item issue. The fee is waived if the item is incorrectly described, the wrong item was sent, or there is an authenticity concern.
