Looply Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Looply. Please review the following return policy before submitting a return request. This policy applies to all eligible purchases on the Looply platform, with specific rules depending on the product category.
1. Return Window
Different product categories are subject to different return periods:
• Pre-Owned Luxury Items: Return requests must be initiated and the item must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery.
• Consumer Electronics: Return requests must be initiated and the item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Return requests submitted outside the applicable return window will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must satisfy the applicable category requirements below.
2.1 Pre-Owned Luxury Items
Returned pre-owned luxury items must:
• remain in good condition;
• include the authenticity tag, hang tag, all accessories, and any gifts originally provided;
• show no newly added signs of wear, use, or damage;
• include all items and accessories shown on the product detail page.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
2.2 Consumer Electronics
Returned consumer electronics must:
• be in their original condition;
• include all original accessories;
• be restored to factory settings before return;
• have all personal accounts and personal data removed before shipment.
3. Return Shipping and Fees
Return methods and applicable fees vary depending on the product category and return address.
Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Do not send items back to the original sender address or any address shown on the original shipping label. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email.
3.1 Eligible U.S. Return Addresses
For eligible return addresses within the continental United States:
• Pre-Owned Luxury Items: Looply may provide a UPS return label for eligible returns at no shipping cost to the customer. A flat-rate $9.99 return fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Consumer Electronics: Looply will provide a prepaid return label, and returns are free of charge.
3.2 Address Restrictions Applicable to All Categories
The following restrictions apply to all product categories:
For returns from Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories or special regions, customers must arrange return shipping themselves and bear all related shipping costs. Looply does not provide return labels for these addresses.
4. Coupons and Promotional Benefits
If an order was placed using a coupon, discount, or other promotional benefit, any return, restoration, or reissue of such benefit will be handled in accordance with the applicable promotional rules and validity period.
5. Processing Time
5.1 Return Processing
• Pre-Owned Luxury Items: Returns are generally processed within 2–4 business days after the returned item is received.
• Consumer Electronics: Returns are generally processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received, or no later than 14 business days after valid proof of return shipment is provided.
Refund timing depends on the original payment method and the processing time of the payment provider.
5.2 Repair or Replacement for Consumer Electronics
For eligible repair or replacement requests involving consumer electronics, Looply will begin processing within 3 business days after the product is received. Shipment tracking information will be uploaded once available.
6. Warranty for Consumer Electronics
Consumer electronics are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
• accidental damage, including but not limited to drops and water damage;
• damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
