Order Processing

All orders are carefully reviewed and processed. Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment, with delivery in 3–7 business days after shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Every order is subject to verification to ensure payment security and order accuracy. In certain cases, our team may contact you for additional information before shipment.

Domestic Shipping

Looply currently ships within the United States only. Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, except for select non-serviceable addresses.

All orders are shipped with insured standard shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier's operations.

Tracking information will be provided once available. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Signature Requirement

Due to the high value of the items we sell, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. This helps ensure the secure and successful delivery of your purchase.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items that are stored in different facilities, they may ship separately at no additional cost. Each shipment will include its own tracking information.
