Looply Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are carefully reviewed and processed. Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment, with delivery in 3–7 business days after shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Every order is subject to verification to ensure payment security and order accuracy. In certain cases, our team may contact you for additional information before shipment.

Domestic Shipping

Looply currently ships within the United States only. Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders.

We do not offer international shipping at this time, so international customs duties and import taxes do not apply to orders placed on Looply.

We use FedEx for most orders. All orders are shipped with insured standard shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier's operations.

Tracking information will be provided once available. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, temporary addresses, or addresses that cannot be verified by the carrier.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, or other U.S. territories.

If an order cannot be delivered to the address provided, we may contact you for an alternative address or cancel and refund the order.

Signature Requirement

Due to the high value of the items we sell, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. This helps ensure the secure and successful delivery of your purchase.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items that are stored in different facilities, they may ship separately at no additional cost. Each shipment will include its own tracking information.
